Medicine Horse Happy Hour at the Ranch
Join Medicine Horse and our new partner Lexicon Lens for an evening on our 30-acre ranch in Longmont, with drinks, light bites, and a firsthand look at how working with horses builds stronger, more connected teams.
This is a casual gathering, not a pitch. Come meet the horses, the Medicine Horse team, and a small group of Front Range leaders, founders, executives, HR and people-team professionals, and anyone who shapes how their teams work and grow. We will share a short, hands-on taste of the program that companies use for offsites, manager development, and team resets, then leave plenty of room to connect as the sun drops behind the foothills. We start at 4:00, so you are heading home before rush hour.
What to expect:
Drinks and appetizers at the ranch
A short, ground-based experience with the horses (no riding, and no horse experience needed)
Real conversation with other leaders, founders, and people-team professionals
A clear sense of whether this is worth bringing to your own team
Come as you are, wear closed-toe shoes for the barn, and stay as long or as little as you like.
