About this event

When leadership breaks, the impact is personal. It can leave people questioning their next move, their confidence, their sense of safety, and even what “normal” at work is supposed to feel like.

This gathering creates space for the people behind the titles: employees navigating difficult environments, people in career transition, and managers and founders who want to lead themselves and others with more intention.

You’ll join career, leadership, and workplace experts for a candid conversation, followed by small, facilitated breakout discussions. These are not formal coaching sessions—they’re spaces to reflect, name what is happening, learn from others, and leave with a clearer sense of what you want to protect, transform, or do next.

Who this is for

  • People navigating a hard manager relationship, workplace misalignment, or a challenging career moment

  • People considering a transition and looking for confidence, clarity, and accountability around what’s next

  • Managers, founders, and leaders who want to strengthen how they lead themselves—not only the people around them

What to expect

A practical and human conversation about:

  • Recognizing what a leadership or cultural misalignment looks, sounds, and feels like

  • Identifying what matters most and what you want to protect

  • Exploring an aligned, empowered next step—whether that means navigating where you are, transforming how you show up, or moving on

  • Connecting with others who understand the complexity of these moments

Come as you are. Leave with language, perspective, and a next step.
