Tech Session 2 - Enterprise Readiness
Enterprise-Ready by Design: What Customers Expect and How to Deliver
How do you get from a great product to one enterprises will buy and adopt? This session covers what enterprise customers expect, and how to build for it.
15:30–15:45 | Check-in
15:30–15:45 | Enterprise readiness best practices for SUPs (Maria, Startup Solutions Architect) A short overview of the foundations enterprise buyers look for: security, compliance, scalability, reliability, and support. It also covers how to prepare early so these don't slow down deals later.
15:45–16:30 | Agentic use cases and MLOps for SUPs (David, Principal AI/ML Engineer) David shares real-world enterprise use cases for agentic AI and the MLOps practices for startup. He covers:
What enterprises want from AI solutions, and the challenges that block adoption (governance, data privacy, reliability, integration, cost control)
How to productionize and operate agentic workloads at scale
How Startups can build trust and make their solutions easy for enterprises to adopt
You'll leave with: a practical checklist for enterprise readiness, concrete agentic and MLOps patterns from the field, and a clearer view of what enterprise customers need before they commit.
