Join us for an intimate meal hosted by Jaya Saxena and Samantha Ahuja in downtown Washington, D.C. with ambitious yet kind leaders.
About our Hosts:
Jaya Saxena is a lawyer and inclusion strategist with nearly two decades of experience helping organizations cultivate cultures of inclusion, belonging, and connection where people can thrive and do their best work.
She brings a global, systems-focused perspective to organizational change, partnering with leaders to strengthen workplace culture, navigate complexity, and create environments where collaboration, innovation, and performance can flourish.
An avid reader and death doula, Jaya is also deeply engaged in community leadership through her nonprofit board service.
She is the mother of two daughters, ages 9 and 13, (and two pups) whose curiosity, resilience, and joy continually remind her that the way we care for one another shapes the world we create.
