Este webinar presentará el reporte «Un enfoque de la justicia centrado en la niñez: Perspectivas iberoamericanas para una agenda regional», elaborado por la Alianza Iberoamericana de Acceso a Justicia, que destaca los retos existentes y buenas prácticas, y propone una hoja de ruta para avanzar hacia una justicia centrada en la niñez como parte del compromiso de no dejar a nadie atrás, en consonancia con la Agenda 2030.
El presente webinar tendrá como objetivos:
Presentar el reporte temático;
Diseminar los hallazgos del reporte y la metodología de trabajo;
Visibilizar las características específicas de este grupo etario y las barreras a las cuales enfrenta la niñez.
Recibir comentarios e insumos para contribuir a la elaboración de una futura agenda regional;
Buscar apoyo político y financiero para incentivar y replicar las buenas prácticas que se están llevando a cabo en la región, con el objetivo de hacer realidad el acceso a justicia para la niñez;
Destacar la importancia de enfoques regionales tales como la Alianza Iberoamericana y la Alianza Africana para Justicia centrada en las personas, para poder generar un impacto a nivel global.

This webinar will present the report “A Child-Centered Approach to Justice: Ibero-American Perspectives for a Regional Agenda,” prepared by the Ibero-American Alliance for Access to Justice, which highlights existing challenges and good practices and proposes a roadmap for advancing toward child-centered justice as part of the commitment to leave no one behind, in line with the 2030 Agenda.
The webinar will have the following objectives:
Present the Ibero-American Alliance thematic report.
Promote the foundations and methodology of the work.
Highlight the specific regional characteristics of this age group and the challenges they face.
Gather comments and inputs to contribute to a future regional agenda.
Seek financial and political support to encourage and replicate good practices in the region, to make access to justice for children a reality.
Emphasize the importance of regional approaches, such as the Ibero-American and African Alliances for People-Centered Justice, in promoting global impact.
