​The digital and green transitions, demographic change, international labour mobility, and the rapid development of AI are transforming the world of work. After four years of Horizon Europe-funded research, the TransEuroWorkS Final Conference will present the project's key findings and explore what they mean for the future of work and social protection in Europe.

​Bringing together researchers, policymakers, social partners, civil society organisations, and other stakeholders, the conference will provide a platform to discuss evidence-based solutions to some of Europe's most pressing labour market and social policy challenges.

​The programme will feature keynote speeches, interactive policy discussions, thematic parallel sessions, and networking opportunities covering topics including:
