Adi Wallach

Adi Wallach is the CEO and Co-Founder of CalmiGo, a health technology company providing a fast-acting, non-medicated solution for anxiety and stress. CalmiGo has already served over 120,000 users, with clinical efficacy demonstrated in seven clinical trials. The solution is fully subsidized by health plans for eligible patients and by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs for veterans experiencing anxiety and PTSD.

Tom Y Livne

Tom is a serial tech entrepreneur. He is a big Zionist and love 🇮🇱 He is also Expert in Fundraising & Deal making 🤩 His main success in the recent years was as the CEO & Founder @Verbit, The Voice AI transcription 🦄🦄, that raised over $600m from tier 1 VC’s and made 7 acquisitions and reached to $2B Valuation. Today Tom is running his own family office and invested in 18 (חי) tech companies and startups and also as LP in 8 funds.

Amit Svarzenberg

Amit Svarzenberg is the CTO for Microsoft for Startups (East US & Israel), partnering with VCs and high-growth startups to build enterprise-grade AI companies. He helps founders move from prototype to secure, production-ready systems, focusing on defensible architecture, governance, data strategy, and AI agents for regulated environments. Amit lectures at Tel Aviv University, teaching Generative AI, AI agents, and applied emerging technologies. He founded the CTO Breakfast Club and hosts closed-door CTO roundtables. Globally, he speaks on the future of AI-native companies, autonomous agent ecosystems, and the long-term transformation of enterprise intelligence

Guy Melamed

Guy Melamed serves as both the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Varonis Systems Inc., a leader in cybersecurity listed on the stock market (VRNS). Since joining the company's finance team in 2011, Guy has ascended to the top financial role, becoming CFO in 2017 and expanding his leadership as COO in 2018. His comprehensive responsibilities span overseeing financial operations, steering global operations, executing strategic initiatives, and managing the company's overall financial health.

Yaron Weizenbluth

Yaron Weizenbluth is the Territory Assurance Leader at PwC Israel and a member of the PwC Israel Leadership Team. In his role, Yaron leads the firm’s assurance practice and is accountable for audit quality and delivery across thousands of Israeli and global clients, including hundreds of US and Israeli listed companies. He oversees industry-specialized teams and expert groups spanning Capital Markets, Corporate Reporting Services, Internal Audit, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, and Digital & Risk Assurance, aligning capabilities with evolving regulatory, reporting, governance, and capital markets expectations. Yaron is instrumental in PwC’s global strategic think tank on Tech and AI and serves on the firm’s global Tech and AI leadership team.

Hadar Avtalion

Hadar Avtalion leads 8200 Angels, the 8200 Alumni Association’s investment vehicle, focused on joining leading VC backed rounds, in 8200 alumni founded startups. Her background includes advising funds and startups, working at AWS’ Global Startup BD team, co-founding Cerca Partners, a co-investment VC fund and building the business team of a UK based, Accel backed, startup as the 7th employee. She is an 8200 alumna with an MBA from INSEAD and a BA from Tel-Aviv University.

Nofar Amikam

Nofar Amikam is a Managing Partner at Glilot Capital Partners, where she leads the firm’s Seed investments in Cybersecurity, AI, and Enterprise Software. She partners with founders from inception, backing exceptional teams and helping them build category-defining companies from day one. Alongside leading investments, Nofar built and scaled Glilot’s Value Creation platform and Advisory Board to accelerate Product-Market Fit and support portfolio companies in securing their first enterprise customers.

Idan Tendler

Idan serves as a Partner at Vine Ventures, a leading US–Israeli venture capital firm, where he leads investment activities in promising startups. He is a senior technology executive, a serial cybersecurity entrepreneur whose two startups were acquired by major cybersecurity companies, and a serial social entrepreneur who founded several Israeli nonprofit organizations. Idan was the co-founder and CEO of Fortscale, a pioneer in user behavior analytics for security, which was acquired by RSA Security in 2018. He then co-founded and led Bridgecrew, a leading security solutions for developers, which was acquired by Palo Alto Networks in 2021.

Assaf Harel

Assaf Harel is a Partner focusing on multi-stage investment opportunities in Israeli-related companies. Before joining Norwest, Assaf was a General Partner at Israel Growth Partners, a leading Israeli-based technology investment fund, where he focused on late-stage and growth opportunities in Enterprise SaaS companies. Assaf holds an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania with majors in finance, marketing and entrepreneurial management, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in computer science, from Tel Aviv University.
