About Event

If you didn’t document it (properly), did it really happen?

Join us to hear Iggy Moliver, Remedy's Managing Partner and Head of Product & Strategy, discuss the importance of documentation as part of the agile development process in healthtech. The workshop will cover:

  • The prerequisites to beginning a build, including identifying your stakeholders, defining your KPIs, and estimating your process timeframe

  • The core components of an agile product process, including roadmapping, backlog grooming, sprint planning, daily scrums, sprint reviews and demos, and retrospectives

  • The standards for strong roadmaps and user stories to ensure your team can deliver efficiently and scale responsibly.

This event comes after an engaging discussion during our panel at NYTW, "Building a Scalable Healthtech Startup." The workshop will include a 20-minute presentation and a 20-minute Q&A session.

About the speaker:

With 14+ years in data and product roles, Iggy Moliver supports healthcare startups with product strategy and development as Head of Product at Remedy Product Studio. Iggy previously founded OnePlayce (acq. by Remedy) and was on the launch team of the WatchESPN app. He is Chairman of the Tufts Entrepreneurial Network; a mentor for Techstars, Cornell Tech, and Weill Cornell Bioventure eLab; and a venture scout with Story Ventures and Laconia Capital.

About the host:

Remedy Product Studio partners with and selectively invests in seed to series C startups to build and scale digital products. Our mission is to go beyond ‘the build' by helping partners hit key milestones and fundraise faster. We take on business KPIs, participate in the entire agile development process, and invest throughout our multi-year partnerships. Our results: partners have raised $1B+, spent 2.5x less on tech costs, and had 3 exits.
