The Foundership: Q4 Meet-Up

​Welcome to The Foundership, where women+ founders find support and friendship in KC. We focus on intentional (and non-intimidating!) networking, which means you'll have the chance to build real connections with other founders.

​💃 For our Q4 meet-up, we're going to say "no" to the things that are no longer serving us or our business!

​What are some things in your biz that feel draining? Where are you hoping to set more boundaries? What have you been wanting to say "no" to, but are unsure how to do it?

​Come with those things in mind and we'll talk them out together, giving advice on how to make that "no" feel a bit easier. For example:

• ​Do you keep saying yes to events or invites because you feel like you have to?

• ​Is there a client you've been holding on to that is paying a lower/old rate, but it's been hard to tell them about your new pricing?

• ​Has it been hard to set boundaries around your work hours (or non-work hours!)?

​There are SO many things that can fit the bill for this event. Whatever you keep finding yourself saying "yes" to as a founder, when you really mean "no" — let's talk about them! And give each other supportive ideas on how to make that "no" feel a little less scary.

​Here's how it'll work:

• ​Attendees will come with 1-2 biz-related things in mind that they'd like to start saying "no" to — things they'd like some advice on.

• ​Everyone will be placed in small groups, where founders will share their stories and give each other advice on how to navigate their "nos".

• ​We will also provide prompts at each table to help foster additional conversation, if needed!

​⏰ This event is from 9-10:30am. We will mix n' mingle from 9-9:30am, with small group convos starting at 9:30am.

​🎟️ Space will be limited (so snag a ticket before it's too late).

​☕ There will be free coffee available.
