A coalition for girl-serving nonprofits
Interest Meeting: East Coast Coalition of Girl-Serving Nonprofits
The International Girls Academy is building a coalition of nonprofits serving girls across the East Coast — from Maine to Florida. Too many of us are doing the same work alone, competing for the same grants, and reaching the same girls in isolation. Together, we can share programs, mentors and resources, pursue funding none of us could win on our own, and speak with one voice for girls in every state we serve.
Join us for our first interest meeting on Friday, August 7 at 11:00 AM EST. We'll introduce the vision for the coalition, hear what your organization needs most, and outline how member organizations can shape what we build next. All girl-serving nonprofits, community groups and partner organizations are welcome — bring your questions and your ideas.
