Brooke Cianfichi loves sharing what she has learned over 20 years in NYC commercial real estate finance, including leadership and C-Suite roles in banking and private equity.
A trailblazer at every step, Brooke was the first woman running a $5B commercial real estate loan sales department at a major bank in NYC, founded the first CRE Innovation Office at a major bank, founded her own consulting company LegaSHE®, and has driven billions in loan structuring and equity raises.
Known for her curiosity, collaborative mindset, and knack for turning complexity into clarity, she inspires others to win big in real estate while staying in control of what matters most. She advocates for you to first learn about commercial real estate by investing in large scale assets that someone else manages day-to-day.
Today, Brooke is Capital Markets Advisor for Lonicera Partners, a team of kind punks who started their commercial real estate development journeys together over 15 years ago, and who treat their savvy investors as partners in the ultimate goal to create urban, community-focused housing.
