​He's joined by Allen Debes, CEO of Koniag Capital, one of the most active acquirers of consulting firms today, who'll share what buyers look for and what puts them off.

​Jonathan Hollis, Director of B2B Tech & Services at Harbor View Advisors, will cover the deal side: how a sale works and when it makes sense to bring in an advisor.
