Amanah Creates: Islamic Kufic Workshop
In this beginner-friendly workshop, you'll be introduced to the foundations of Islamic geometric design and Kufic Square calligraphy. Through hands-on instruction, we’ll explore the discipline of lines, repetition, proportion, and pattern while reflecting on the beauty and order woven throughout Allah’s creation.
Together, we’ll consider what it means to live by a different rhythm—one that makes room for patience, presence, reflection, and remembrance. As our hands slow down to measure, repeat, correct, and create, we’ll explore how the practice of Islamic art can become an invitation to pause, notice beauty, and reconnect with the One who created it.
