​We’ve just crossed into spring — time to plant things.
​Ideas. Projects. Relationships. New habits. New ways of living. Different possibilities for ourselves and the world around us.
​But before you start making another giant list of things you --should- be doing, let’s work out what you actually want to give your energy to.
​This free 90 minute workshop is an invitation to get clear on an intention, explore what creating that reality might actually ask of you, and choose where to begin.
​We’ll explore intention, Super Effort, Kotodama (the spirit of words), the Logical Levels of change, and some of the ideas behind my 4 week practice, Super.
​Expect:
​guided journaling to clarify what you want to create, grow or nurture at the start and end of the session
​a practical look at why intention needs more than positive thinking
​Super Effort + interrupting the patterns that keep us on autopilot
​the Logical Levels: Environment, Behaviour, Skills + Capacity, Beliefs + Values, Identity + Purpose
​a short guided meditation
​Bring a journal, something to write with and yourself as you are.
​No prior experience with Super, meditation, journaling or any of the woo woo required.
​About Super
​This workshop is happening in the lead up to Super, my 4 week practice in conscious effort, self observation and embodiment.
​Super begins the following week and moves through the Logical Levels one week at a time, with daily journaling, weekly live Tune-Ups and a library of resources and replays.
​I fkn hate selling but I’ll tell you a little more about it during the workshop if you want to keep going — but this session is designed to stand completely on its own.
