Bios:
Tom Shevlin is a managing director in Andersen’s Commercial practice. Tom has over 14 years of experience in corporate tax, working with a wide array of clients from pre-revenue to Fortune 10 companies. Tom is primarily focused on advising venture capital and private equity backed clients in the pharmaceutical, technology, and manufacturing industries from the initial funding through exit.
Christopher Jones is a managing director in Andersen’s Valuation practice and has over 15 years of experience advising clients on business and valuation matters. He focuses on valuations for tax and financial reporting purposes for both closely held and publicly traded companies.
Shaun Hamilton is a director in the Investment Consulting Services practice, with over 10 years experience providing comprehensive investment consulting, financial planning and wealth management services to high-net-worth individuals, families and related entities, founders, GPs, corporate executives, and family offices.
Kelsey Piligian is a director in Andersen’s Private Client Services practice, with over eight years of experience providing tax planning and compliance services to high-net-worth individuals, their families, and closely held businesses. She specializes in income and estate & gift tax, as well as wealth transfer planning and charitable giving strategies. Kelsey’s areas of technical expertise include advising clients who own qualified small business stock, cash flow planning for private equity principals and managing directors, and tax compliance and consulting for equity compensation.
