About Event

We believe that the law is not just a tool for justice—it’s a vehicle for change. When the deceptive practices of landlords and builders are exposed, and when survivors of unsafe housing are seen, heard, and believed, the legal system can be a force for transformation.

We are bringing together lawyers, clinicians, and experts for our second annual Safe Housing Collaborative Summit on Monday, October 13 (Columbus Day) - Tuesday, October 14, 2025 at Arena Hall. The Summit will begin with breakfast at 830am on Monday and conclude with lunch at 12pm on Tuesday.

This gathering is more than a conference. It’s a working summit—a collaborative space to build strategies, share insights, and deepen our collective ability to support those harmed by unsafe housing. We are committed to empowering advocates and experts around the country with the resources and training they need so that these cases succeed. After all, a rising tide lifts all boats.

This year, we will have a mix of round tables and lectures on bad construction, landlord / tenant issues, arbitration, child development and delay, cancer, remediation, damages, mold inspections and results, treatment and providers, military housing, deceptive practices, failure to disclose, trauma, mediations, expert depositions, and motions practice.
