Chalo Baatein Karen (“Let’s just talk”) - A Discussion Series: I Love My Child But I Don’t Know How to Help
In this Chalo Baatein Karen session, brought to you by our 2026 Rcoz High School Changemakers, we’ll explore the challenges of growing up and raising teens in today’s fast-paced world. Pressure, competition, stress, and the fear of getting it wrong can affect both young people and the adults who care about them.
With guidance from Rcoz Advisors Dr. Seema Sehgal, Dr. Apurva Bhatt, and Dr. Hari Nair, we’ll talk about what stress looks like for teens, what it brings up for parents and caregivers, and how families can better understand and support one another. Through real stories, relatable examples, and practical insights, we’ll explore how love and stress can coexist, and how communication can become easier, not heavier.
Whether you're a teen, parent, caregiver, or family member, join us for an honest conversation about navigating life's challenges together. Sometimes just talking about it makes the next step feel clearer.
