What to Expect
Join us for a bold and expressive flow that fuses yoga, tribal-inspired dance, and dynamic movement. This class will help you connect with your feminine energy, build strength and flexibility, and release stagnant energy. As you sweat, sculpt, and shine to the rhythm of music, you’ll access a transformative and expansive experience for your soul. Please note that this will be a heated class.

🔥 12:20 – 1:00: Post-class smoothie & community chat
💧 Mother Euro members will enjoy a refreshing protein smoothie after the workout (included in your ticket).

About Samantha Jameson
Samantha is a healer and intuitive counselor who has dedicated the past 13 years to exploring various forms of alternative medicine. With extensive training as a multi-disciplinary yoga teacher, Ayurvedic Practitioner, Reiki Master, and Doula, she brings a wealth of knowledge to her sessions. Her qualifications include yoga therapy, Buti, vinyasa, yin, and slow flow, along with Pilates. Combined with her deep understanding of anatomy from her background as a professional dancer, Samantha tailors her classes to meet the specific needs and goals of her clients. Her passion for helping others achieve transformation and vitality is at the core of her teaching.
