​Join us this Sunday, July 5th, for a run with the TMRC community. Whether you want to run, jog, or walk, this is your space to move, meet people, and start your Sunday right.

​We’ll begin at Parque Lineal La Frontera, finish at Parque Poblado, and head together to Amena Restaurante for our post-run brunch and social hangout.

🏁 Finish Point: at Parque Poblado, we all get together and start walking to the post run cafe.

​☕️🥐 Post-Run Brunch: Amena Restaurante — good food, coffee, and Sunday vibes.

• ​Time: Meet at 8 AM, start at 8:30 AM

• ​Free to Join: No cost, just register using the link below.

• ​Choose Your Pace: 3km or 5km – run, jog, or walk, it’s all good!

• ​Beginners Welcome: Never done this before? Now’s your chance!

• ​Bring Your Pup: 🐶 Dogs are welcome to join the fun!

• ​Languages: The official language is English, but most of us also speak Spanish.

• ​Come Solo or Bring Friends: Many people come solo and leave with new connections – don’t be shy!
