βThroughout the retreat, we'll explore different forms of emotional and physical release through guided activities, creative expression, movement, and ritual. From ecstatic dancing to symbolic release ceremonies, this is your invitation to shake off what you've been carrying and leave feeling lighter.
βWe'll also be joined by a somatic healing practitioner who will guide us through understanding how stress, emotions, and life experiences can become stored in the body β and how we can begin releasing them through movement, awareness, and self-connection.
