Come join me at the beautiful Jardins del Mirador on Montjuïc for a Stress Reset training using the Ocean Method.
This session guides you through a simple 3-step process, Ocean Breath, Ocean Movement, and Ocean Mind, designed to create real coherence between your body and mind.
Think of it as a reset button for anything that has been stressful in your system.
We will breathe together, move together, and anchor the experience so that stuck stress actually has somewhere to go.
Whether you are carrying tension from the week, the month, or just this morning, this is a chance to let it move through you and out of you.
The setting alone (open air, views over Barcelona, fresh morning energy) makes it worth showing up for.
Come as you are leave as free as the Ocean 🌊
