​La séance commence par une méditation guidée. L’attention portée au souffle, aux sensations, à ce qui traverse. Elle se prolonge par un bain sonore aux soins des bols tibétains, invitant le corps à relâcher les tensions et l’attention à se déposer. Entourée par les œuvres de la galerie, l’expérience crée un dialogue entre présence, son et contemplation.

The session opens with a guided meditation, attention on the breath, on sensation, on whatever passes through. It then transitions into a sound bath with tibetan singing bowls, allowing the body to release tension and the mind to settle. Surrounded by artworks, the experience creates a dialogue between presence, sound and contemplation.

Suitable for all skill levels.

​Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start of a class are non-refundable and not eligible for credit, except in duly justified cases of force majeure. If ANĀVRIN LAB cancels a class, a full refund or the option to reschedule will be offered.
