Mysig Ember's first dinner is an intimate gathering for six, on a summer deck in Kållered. As the warmth of the day settles in, we will take you through a five-course menu that traces two coastlines. The warm spiced waters of Kerala and the rugged shores of Bohuslän.
A spiced welcome, knäckebröd with unexpected twists, South Indian treats, hand-pressed steamed idiyappam, Swedish salmon in coconut milk, silky smooth vegetable stew and kesari as we wind up.
Each dinner comes with a question for the table. Because the best meals always lead somewhere unexpected.
