Join Britt Belezos of BRB Health Club every Saturday this summer for a Power Yoga class at Boston’s beautiful and newly renovated The Grove at Lawn on D in the Seaport!

A dynamic 60-minute Power Yoga flow that builds strength, heat, and endurance
Strong, intentional movement with breathwork and mindful transitions — perfect for building muscle, boosting energy, and releasing stress
All levels welcome (beginners to experienced — modifications always offered)
🍓 After Class Stick around for smoothies and good vibes! Fuel up together post-flow (smoothies are on your own — bring cash/app payment).

Important Info:
The Grove opens to the public at 12 PM, so we get the space early just for our community. Please arrive a few minutes early to set up.
This is a FREE weekly class!
Bring your own yoga mat, water bottle, towel, and any other essentials (sunscreen, layers if needed).
Weather permitting — we’ll update via Luma if we need to reschedule or move indoors.
Whether you’re new to power yoga or a regular, this is your invitation to move, connect, and build strength with like-minded others in the heart of Boston.
