​Enis Hulli is a General Partner at e2vc, an early-stage venture capital fund investing in tech startups founded by founders from Emerging Europe. e2vc’s latest fund size is €70M, and across Fund I and Fund II they have invested in more than 70 startups. Their portfolio includes four unicorns: BillionToOne, Carbon Health, Insider, and fal. While their focus areas include AI, devtools, infrastructure, and gaming, they remain sector-agnostic and invest across multiple verticals such as healthtech.
