Dima Ustinov is a Berlin-based artist working with an augmented piano setup that merges acoustic, processed, and electronic sound. His performances blur the line between composition and meditation, focusing on sound as a vehicle for state of flow and presence. 

This performance is a studio recording session, open to public. The resonance between the instrument, space and the audience guides the improvised and open-structure pieces in a new way each time Dima plays them. A lot of the set is born in real time.

Drawing inspiration from minimalist  music of the west, eastern trance music, as well as krautrock and contemplative electronica, Dima uses his instrument as a vehicle to enter deeper states of consciousness. You are very welcome to join the trip!
