​The Stories We Keep Telling Ourselves

​We spend a lot of time in our own heads, carrying questions we haven't said out loud yet- about who we're becoming, what we keep avoiding, what adulthood actually feels like up close.

Rheii was built around something we kept noticing: the thoughts that matter most to us rarely appear just once. They repeat, evolve, and shape the way we see ourselves over time. Sometimes, we need intentional moments to notice those patterns more clearly- to reflect on what’s worth holding onto, and what may be ready to shift.

​This gathering is a space to begin that. To slow down for an afternoon, reflect alongside others, and leave with a little more clarity than you arrived with.

​What to expect

An afternoon of light reflection and conversations! Some solo, some paired, and some shared anonymously with the room.

​We'll start with drinks and pastries, then move through a few gentle activities together.

​Things to note before the event

1. Download the Rheii app before you arrive (an email with further instructions will be sent to you upon RSVP!)
Some of the activities are designed with it in mind, but it's not mandatory. We'll have pen and paper available too.

2. This is not a lecture or a workshop
There’s no pressure to share beyond what feels comfortable. You’re welcome to engage at your own pace.
