Consciousness Lab with SoulPod - San Francisco
CONSCIOUSNESS LAB
with SoulPod — coming to San Francisco
Consciousness Lab is a half-day experiment in what becomes possible when you stop only optimizing for calm and start training consciousness like a technology. Built from the core of the SoulPod retreat and the journeys in the SoulPod app, this is an opportunity to decompress and get crystal clear on who you are and where you're going.
To bring us even deeper, expect live responsive music and visuals.
The Journey
We open with a talk grounded in the science of consciousness, how the mind moves between different states and what current research is uncovering, and why meditation may be the most underused piece of inner technology available to us.
From there, we move into a kriya: gentle movement and breath designed to prepare the body and nervous system for what follows. If you haven't experienced kriya before think gentle movement with breathwork targeted to a certain energetic outcome. Not flow yoga (you won't really sweat).
After a break to integrate, we'll work through a future-casting exercise before entering the heart of the lab: an extended, guided breathwork journey designed to access elevated states of being. We close with space to land and integrate what surfaced.
Throughout, Lance Cassidy scores the room live — original music and responsive visuals, improvised in real time as the group moves. The sound and the light respond to what's actually happening in the space, so the whole afternoon has a shape you move inside of.
This is an intensive. Come ready to be met exactly where you are — and to travel somewhere new.
Your Guide
Consciousness Lab is led by Crystal Cassidy, founder and CEO of SoulPod. A scientist-mystic exploring the frontier where consciousness meets technology, Crystal spent nearly two decades in biotech and oncology research before turning her focus fully to consciousness. She is formally trained as a Reiki Master, Kundalini Yoga teacher, Transformational Breathwork Practitioner, and Meditation Facilitator, and has been featured in Forbes and in conversation with Stanford University's Entitled Opinions on meditation and consciousness.
