About Event
Agency Over Urgency A 2-hour live mindfulness workshop · 24 April 2026 · 2pm BST
Most of what feels urgent isn't. It's a conditioned state, installed so gradually you stopped noticing it was there.
This workshop is for people who already sense something is off about the pace they're living at, and want a framework for working with it from the inside, not managing around it.
We'll move through philosophy, contemplative practice, and structured reflection. Not time management. Agency over your own attention.
What's included: 2 hours live on Zoom · full recording yours to keep · €49
