This is a six-day summer retreat devoted to connection and art in its most alive forms:
relating, intimacy, voice, singing, movement, dance, music, presence, and shared ritual.
We gather in nature and create a culture together, rooted in listening, expression, and embodied connection.
The days unfold through practices that invite the body and the voice to lead: improvised movement, singing in groups, silence, touch, play, and time outdoors. Creativity here is not about performance or skill, but about allowing something honest and alive to move through you.
Nature will be our sanctuary. We will work with the elements through ceremonies, time spent outside, sing with the trees and the wind, move on the earth. We will sit by the fire in the evenings, share stories, songs, and quiet moments.
A central part of the retreat is embodied relating. Meeting yourself in your body, meeting others in presence, and meeting the group as a living field.
How we relate, how we attune, how we respond to what arises lies at the heart of this work.
The focus is on presence and curiosity. Staying connected to yourself while being with others. There is room for warmth, awkwardness, attraction, boundaries, and humor.
This applies whether you come alone or with a partner. The invitation is to experience intimacy as something spacious and alive, shaped moment by moment through attention and care.
For those who are curious about deeper relational and intimacy work, this retreat also offers a first taste of the approach that continues in our four-week intimacy training.

We will invoice you for your prefered room and board after 15/3.
Refund Policy:
7 days before the retreat: No Refund
4 weeks before the retreat: 25%
10 weeks before the retreat: 50%
10 weeks+ before the retreat: 75% (of workshop fee) - €50 admin.

About the facilitators
Buster Rådvik and Mara Kölpin are Psychologists, Therapists and lovers of the arts of movement and music. Their work is grounded in embodiment, nervous system regulation, creative expression, and relational presence. They are partners and parents to a six-month-old son.
