Momentum Isn't Meaning
GREAT WORK: A WORKSHOP ON BUILDING WHAT MATTERS MOST TO YOU
You push your work forward every day… and the demands and opportunities take on a life of their own. You don't stop to ask:
Is this what I most want to be building?
Is this the best thing I could be doing with my life?
THE VELOCITY TRAP
Ambitious people are the most vulnerable to their own momentum. The drive that makes you effective can also keep you moving when you’re no longer clear what all the effort is for. You become successful — but you are not in love with what you are doing.
THE WORKSHOP
Six hours, twelve people, one question: what do you actually want to build?
We'll step back from the work in front of you and look at what has inspired you in your own work and in all the great work you have seen around you to find what matters most to you and how you want to build it.
You'll leave with:
1 Sharper judgment and discernment about what you want to achieve and how you want to achieve it.
2 A vivid contrast between ten more years on your default path and ten years of reaching for what you care about most.
3 Concrete first steps that work within the real constraints of your life.
4 A way to keep testing and refining what you’re reaching for as you progress — so that you grow to love it more and more.
