As we build more batteries, we're going to meaningfully accelerate growth. We need Member Experience Specialists to support members through their Base journey, from first call to first backup, and surface what's working and what isn't. This role is the face of Base to our members, and the face of our members to Base.
At Base, we challenge assumptions, move fast, and expect every team member to take full ownership of their work. Speed, clarity, and accountability are core to how we operate.
