Engagement Manager — You'll be the strategic advisor powering the AI search programs of Profound customers. This role sits at the intersection of customer success, strategy, and technical depth. You might be a great fit if you have a consulting or customer success background, thrive in ambiguous environments, and love translating complex concepts into clear, actionable strategies for senior stakeholders.
Account Manager — You'll own a portfolio of key accounts and drive renewal and expansion revenue. This is a commercial role with a consultative edge, working hand in hand with the Engagement Management team to connect platform value to business outcomes. You might be a great fit if you've got a track record of exceeding quota, strong relationship instincts, and enjoy the craft of a well-run commercial conversation.
