​Together, we’ll explore the root chakra — the energy center connected to safety, stability, grounding, belonging, money, and trust in life.

​Through teaching, guided meditation, and integration, you’ll be invited to connect with the place in your body where survival energy lives, release what your system has been carrying, and begin creating a new inner foundation of safety.

​This experience is guided by Jaclyn Soulette, a certified Psychosynthesis Life Coach, Reiki II practitioner, energy worker, and guide with a degree in psychology. Her work blends psychology, energy healing, guided visualization, and nervous system awareness to support deep inner transformation.
