Boutique Pioneers 2026: Adviserly in Paris

​Boutique Pioneers exists to give the founders of small specialist law firms one weekend a year where being small by conviction is the assumption, not the apology.

​This is not a conference for people wondering whether to scale up. It is for practitioners who have decided that doing excellent, focused work for the right clients is the whole point, and who want to spend a day in Paris with others who think the same way.

​Boutique excellence has always been international, and so is this.

​On 13 November, members and guests will gather in the French capital for a day of peer-led sessions, honest conversation, and the kind of connections that only happen when everyone in the room has chosen the same path. Thursday and Saturday offer optional activities for those who want to make a long weekend of it.
