​Wellness central is a modern boutique wellness studio with modalities including infrared sauna, floatation tank and cold plunge. Owned by our DFL sister / member Alina Rendina and her partner Joseph Rendina who have a combined 15+ years in the health and wellness space.

​Join us on Friday February 7th from 9 AM - 12 for a wellness day to experience the healing powers of cold & hot therapies, a floating tank and the medicine of incredible women.
