Bacterial cellulose: a genomic take

​We’re proud to share that the speaker for our next session will be Davide Bersanetti, a Doctoral researcher in the Department of Bioproducts and Biosystems at Aalto University, whose research focuses on studying genome instability the Bacterial cellulose producing bacteria Komagataeibacter.

​During his talk, Davide will discuss how a genomic take, which includes analysed of stress response and insertion sequences activity, could lead to novel approaches useful for upscaling production of bacterial cellulose.
