​BEDDING WAR

​The salon is also a competition for the location of the next Echelon.

​Echelon happens rarely because few places are good enough to host it.

​At Bedding War, prospective hosts will pitch worthy locations. The women vote by ranked choice. The winner hosts a full-blown Echelon.

​THE NIGHT

​10–11 PM: Black-tie arrival and live music. Doors close at 11.

​11:15 PM: The Bedding War salon. Prospective hosts make their case and the women vote.

​12 AM: General and women-only Play Spaces open.

​AfterPlay™ follows.

​ADMISSION

​Every registration is reviewed.

​Instagram and TikTok profiles must be active and visible. Your online presence must include clear, recent images of your face and full figure, along with enough context to assess your life, work, interests, and general fit.

​Private, empty, anonymous, incomplete, or evasive applications will be ignored or rejected.

​REGULATION & CONSENT

​Echelon uses the same Regulation and Monitoring infrastructure as the rest of the Life Itself events network.

• ​Regulators monitor Play Spaces, maintain the environment, answer questions, and enforce Consent throughout the event.

• ​DOORientation™ is an etiquette and Consent rundown delivered at the door.

• ​Entry to every Play Space requires completion of The Vibe Check™.

• ​The Vibe Check™ is the filtering process through which Regulators determine admission to Play Spaces based on Consent understanding, adherence to Play Space expectations, and whether someone is a good fit to enter at that time.

• ​Consent must follow FRIES: freely given, reversible, informed, enthusiastic, and specific.

• ​Consent may be withdrawn at any time.

• ​Consent to one interaction is not Consent to another.

• ​Silence, freezing, intoxication, or prior participation does not constitute continuing Consent.

• ​Play Spaces are for participation, not solicitation.

• ​Attendees enter Play Spaces with the people they intend to Play with.

• ​Entrants do not interrupt Play already in progress.

• ​Phones and cameras are prohibited inside Play Spaces.

• ​Depending on the layout, designated observation areas may be available.

• ​Entry into a Play Space may be denied or revoked at any time.

• ​Consent expectations and etiquette are reinforced throughout the event.

• ​Regulator instructions must be followed.

• ​Failure to follow Consent standards, Regulator instructions, or Play Space etiquette will result in removal from the event and may affect access to future events.

• ​Discrimination of any kind is treated as a Consent violation.

​The women-only Play Space is additive. Women may also use General Play Spaces.
