​Jessica Crabb (she/they) brings a wealth of experience and a unique approach to designing digital solutions that enhance the daily commute for millions of New Yorkers. As a startup designer, researcher, and occasional engineer with 10+ years of experience, Jessica has worked and led teams in a variety of roles over the years.

This session will explore Jessica's journey as in the transit world, focusing on her role in making public transportation more accessible, reliable, and user-friendly through thoughtful design.
