This workshop is all about creating a space for women to drop into themselves, connect with their inner child, and embody PLAY. We’re always going to face challenges and hardships in life, but how we move forward depends on our perception and focus. (Law of focus: what we focus on grows.)
Ask yourself: how would my inner child approach life? What would she focus on? How would she bring in joy, lightness, and play?

About Ashna
Ashna is a holistic lifestyle advocate with a passion for helping others live cleaner, calmer, and more grounded lives. She’s the founder of Naturally Grounded, where she formulates and batch makes non-toxic essentials, and of Becoming with Ashna, with the intention to support women to find the highest levels of alignment with their bodies, minds, and the world around them.
Ashna’s journey into the health & wellness space started at 17, when she received an unwelcome diagnosis & was told by her doctors that there was no “cure.” This set her off on a path of holistically healing herself and learning all that she could about how to truly nourish her body. Today, she fervently believes that our bodies are our most valuable asset and are the key to creating the lives we’ve been dreaming about. For her, the practice of embodiment has been a game changer in unlocking the full potential of her body as her asset, which is something she’s passionate about sharing with others.
