Arnold Hur is CEO of Gen.G, a global esports and gaming education organization. Based in Los Angeles, Seoul, and Riyadh, Gen.G owns and operates top esports teams globally, as well as the largest gaming academy in the world, Gen.G Global Academy, the largest academy and full-time gaming career-focused high school. Before joining Gen.G, Arnold was president of Memebox, one of Korea’s most successful startup companies, where he helped grow the company from Series A to Series C, raising over $160M. Prior to Memebox, he worked on product and strategy at Google, management consulting at Boston Consulting Group, and investment banking with Goldman Sachs.
