Hot Mom Walk | Binto X Mavie
A morning walk for moms. Strollers welcome, babies welcome, neither required.
We're taking 2.2 flat miles around the Haverford College Nature Trail at a pace nobody is timing. Past the duck pond, through the pinetum, under the cherry trees. About 45 minutes.
Why we're doing this
Mavie was built by Dr. Sara Bloom, a physician specializing in maternal wellness and a mom of three, for the exact stage of life every other wellness brand skips right over. Binto was built by an IVF nurse and women's health PA. Two clinician-founded brands who got tired of watching women get handed a prescription and no plan.
Walking is the most underrated thing available to a postpartum body and a postpartum brain. Gentle, free, comes with daylight and fresh air and, if you're lucky, another adult who gets it. And it asks nothing of you on a morning when you have nothing left to give.
Moms do better together. That's the real reason.
