Mushroom Meditations: A guided journey for Earth connection, imagination and insight
Welcome to an evening of guided mushroom meditations—a gentle, grounded space to slow down, connect inward, and explore your intuition.
This is a guided meditation journey using imagination, presence, and sensory awareness to explore connection with nature, your inner world, and the qualities of mushrooms as teachers of transformation and relationship with life – this time we will be connecting with Cordyceps! This fascinating fungi gives a boost to immunity, heart health, libido and our energy.
These journeys can help you connect to your imagination and intuition and receive answers, gain clarity or new perspectives, and reconnect with a quieter inner voice.
Mushrooms can be experienced as symbols of connection and transformation in nature. In this evening, we relate to them as a way of deepening our awareness of interconnection—within ourselves and with the living world around us.
Experiencing these types of journeys in a group container can help strengthen our receptivity to new insight, as well as bring up themes that we share in common.
(This is a sober, guided meditation experience—no psychedelics are used. The focus is on accessing these states naturally, through presence, imagination, and the support of the group field. No prior experience with meditation or mushrooms is needed.)
How the evening will go:
we begin by arriving slowly and settling
we connect with Cordyceps through tea or tincture as a sensory anchor for the practice
guided meditation journey
pauses to write down insights, stretch, or simply notice what’s moving within you
small sharing in groups of three to land and slowly integrate our insight
collective sharing or witnessing what came up
People often leave these evenings with:
a sense of reconnection with inner intuition
a quieter, more spacious mind
new perspectives around communicating with the more-than-human
moments of connection, laughs, and good conversation
What to bring
curiosity
comfy socks and clothes/layers so that you feel good in your body (no shoes in the space)
your own journal and pen if you prefer
Limited to max. 16 spots.
A couple photos may be taken after the meditation part, when people are just talking and mingling. If you don't want your photo taken, please let me know – that is absolutely fine.
