The Journey
🌿 Opening Ceremony & Circle (30 mins)
Begin with a grounding ceremony that sets the intention for your transformative journey. Connect with like-minded women and feel the energy of our shared space.
✨ Workshop 1 – Moving Beyond Limits (1 hour)
Guided by Chelle founder of FemmeProsper Wellness, this immersive workshop infused with breathwork helps you move through emotional blocks that hold you back. Through empowering exercises, you’ll release fear and step into your highest potential, fully supported by a circle of women on the same journey.
🥗 Nourishing Lunch (1 hour)
Refuel with a wholesome, nourishing meal prepared to energize both body and mind, giving you the fuel to dive deeper into your self-discovery.
🎨 Workshop 2 – Embrace Change Through Creation (1 hour)
Led by the talented Freya Bramble Carter of Vessel Retreats, this hands-on workshop invites you to create a personalized piece that reflects your journey. Through the power of handcrafting, you’ll create a meaningful reminder of your growth and transformation.
🌺 Closing Circle (30 mins)
We’ll gather together once more to reflect on the day’s insights and experiences. Leave feeling empowered, uplifted, and ready to embody the change you wish to see in your life.
