Bands, Buggies & Brunch A Bodied By XO feel-good morning for mums who want to move, connect, and mingle.
📍 Meeting Point
We’ll meet inside Acton Park, opposite the children’s play area near the skateboard section. You will see a David Llyods opposite.
10:30am Arrival (find a spot, and settle the bubbas)
11am-12pm Workout
12:15-1:30pm mingle, chat
Join us for a fun pre and post natal friendly resistance band workout designed especially for mums – buggies welcome! Whether you're a new mama or a seasoned pro, this session is all about moving your body, building strength, and boosting those happy hormones in a supportive, child-friendly environment (you can also come alone).
After the workout: we’ll head over to the Puttshack café within the park for refreshments.
What to expect:
💓 A low-impact, pre and post natal friendly workout
💓 A relaxed, baby-friendly atmosphere
💓 A chance to meet other mums
What to bring:
💓A resistance band - bands will also be available for purchase on the day
💓 A workout mat/ towel/ blanket
💓 Water
💓 Sweat towel

Recommended age for babies is newborn to pre-crawling. Older babies and children are welcome, but you are responsible for them if they run off.
Content may be taken on the day but babies faces will be blurred- see @xtinaokenla instagram for reference. Of course please let us know on the day if you do not want to be filmed :)
