About Event

Welcome to our Madrid Climate Happy Hour in January!

Do you work in the climate sector or related fields? Are you interested in understanding how the climate job landscape is changing: the opportunities that are emerging, the most valuable skills, or how policies are transforming our work?

If so, this event is for you.

On January 22, we celebrate “Connecting to face the current moment together,” the first Women and Climate event in Madrid. The goal is to bring together women who work (or want to work) in the climate sector to discuss the industry and our professional challenges and share our experiences.

We want to inaugurate a safe space for conversation and learning, which we will build collectively. In this first session, we will explore what concerns and inspires us in relation to the climate sector in particular and the global climate crisis in general.

We will also share how our sectors and professional roles are evolving and what we need to prepare for the future. These reflections will help us define some of the topics we will work on in the community going forward.

Of course, there will also be time to introduce ourselves, get to know each other, and network in a cheerful and intimate atmosphere.

The event will take place at Cafebrería ad Hoc (C/ Buen Suceso 14, 28008 Madrid). The price of the event is €15, which includes the venue, facilitation of the session, a couple of drinks, and snacks.

Payment will be made at the event reception. If you are interested, please register via this link. We look forward to seeing you there!

Hannah, Noemi, and Britta.

Hannah, Noemi y Britta.
