Concord #2 | London
This is Concord. A community for people building the human-first future.
More cabins, craft clubs, retreats, surf schools, irl dating platforms, slow adventures…
In-person. Physical. Real.
Because while the world speeds up, we believe in a different kind of progress.
One built on presence, connection and doing things in real life.
Following on from our successful first gathering with talks from Hector Hughes and Holly Tennock, we are delighted to announce that our next event is happening on Wednesday 28th January.
Our speaker
Our speaker is: Oli Broom, founder of The Slow Cyclist, a travel company specialising in (as the name says) slow cycling holidays. In a world obsessed with fast, the best holidays are the journeys to take time over.

Why Concord?
Concord is a small town in Massachusetts where Thoreau and Emerson once lived. A birthplace of ideas about simplicity, nature and inner truth.
It also means 'hearts together'. Nice stuff, that.
Quick note on phones: Handing it over is irrational. That’s why it works. It’s a small act of commitment to three hours of real connection. If a dog eats it, that one’s on you. We’re enthusiasts, not a vault ;) Turn it off, hand it over, or keep it hidden. Your call.
