UXR #2 event ( panel discussion ): Senior / leaders in UX Research space who have worked in different types of organizations shared their perspectives on what influence organizational setup has on their (UXR’s) day-to-day work.
This discussion touched upon the opportunities and challenges each organizational context creates for user researchers. Experts provided advice on what, in their personal experience, helps user researchers succeed in a new role in various organizational setups. This preview of UXR #2 event can be viewed here.
About the organizer
Employed.world is community of hiring managers, mentors, coaches and job seekers in UX and product in Berlin/Germany. In the current job market there are many highly capable people finding it hard to navigate the market and often feeling that the journey is isolated. No matter if you are a junior, mid level, senior, new manager or even a leader. Imposter syndrome, self doubts and often a lack of support are among the many hurdles one faces. On the other hand we have so many professionals in UX and Product including working professionals, seniors, mentors who would be happy to share their experiences and help someone in need. So we are attempting to increase the interaction between these two groups through our events.
