(9/4) The Pursuit of Happiness: A Salon

​We’re told to chase happiness like it’s the ultimate prize. But is happiness really the thing we’re after — or is it just a byproduct of something deeper? Maybe what we actually want is peace. Or fulfillment. Or purpose. Maybe happiness comes when we stop trying so hard to feel it.

​At this salon, we’ll explore what it really means to pursue happiness, and whether it’s even the right goal. Is happiness something we can choose, a state we can build, or does it only show up when life is in alignment?

​We’ll dive into questions like:

​✨ Is happiness an emotion that comes and goes, or a state of being we can actually cultivate?
✨ Is chasing happiness making us restless, or is it what keeps us moving forward?
✨ Do we really want to be “happy,” or do we crave peace, purpose, and fulfillment—and call that happiness?
✨ How much of happiness is in our hands, and how much comes down to circumstance or luck?
✨ What happens when we stop asking “am I happy?” and start asking “am I living the life I want?”

​Join us for an honest, curious conversation about what happiness really is and whether it should even be the thing we’re chasing.
