RLI TN Rec & Ranch Tour

​Two days across some of East Tennessee's finest recreational and working land. Brokers from across the country meet up in Knoxville, climb into side-by-sides and trucks, and spend two days touring premier tracts hand-selected from chapter member submissions. Evenings are for fellowship over dinner. The tour closes with a pleasure trail ride at Windrock Park.

​This is a chance to see how Tennessee land brokers work, to meet the people doing the deals, and to walk ground you wouldn't otherwise see. Built for land professionals, RLI members and non-members alike, who want to learn the market, build relationships, and spend two days in good company.

​There is no cost to attend beyond your hotel stay.

​Tour outline

​Sunday, August 30 · Long-distance travelers arrive. Group dinner at Tennessee Tap House, 6:00 PM.

​Monday, August 31 · Tour begins from the hotel at 7:30 AM. Breakfast on the road, four property stops with lunch served on tour, return to hotel by mid-afternoon. Dinner and fellowship in Knoxville.

​Tuesday, September 1 · Tour resumes at 8:00 AM. Breakfast and morning property stops, then on to Windrock Park by 12:30 PM for the closing trail ride. Tour concludes at 4:00 PM.

​Hotel & travel - The tour will kick off from the parking lot at Element Knoxville West (400 North Peters Road, Knoxville). Overnight stay is encouraged here.
